Foals of the Year

Every year we get here at Kommmandørgården between 7 and 10 foals running around our fields down by the wading sea. We breed primarily for stable, strong touring horses. The mind always comes first. We often use our equestrian mares for breeding too, so maybe your favorite riding horse will get foals this year. You can follow that here.

A little winter surprise

The result of an erroneous confusion between the mare and the flock of walnuts. Our one breeding stallions Logi teamed up with the vallakkerne during this period so we know fortunately who the danger is to our little surprise who suddenly saw in rain and cold February winds next to old Freya out with the old retired horses.

So to all of you who miss Draumfari as we have basked this year. Here's his sweet whole-brother. We call him Vetur which means winter in Icelandic.
