For example we chose to build Denmark's "perhaps" largest geothermal heating system at the expense of new furniture.

We are very opposed to food waste, this means, for example, that you do not meet with us overcrowded dishes and plates. We'd rather fill up than throw out, but no one leaves hungry here.

Our bed linen is iron-free and we have our own laundry with environment-friendly soap. No need of transport for laundry. Our farming with 120 horses is already in organic operation.
