In the restaurant we emphasize the use of local ingredients and flavours for everyone. The chef has put together an exciting menu featuring smoked mussels, gin-gravad salmon, Rømørejer and much more.
For our younger guests, chef has prepared a fun menu featuring "bird nests", "adders" and "floating fish" served with french fries.
At The Commander's Farm we love animals, which is why we also place great demands on the meat we serve. We serve free-range piglet and Danish free range calf.
We offer a varied à la carte lunch card. If you are a group, there will always be the option to pre-order a buffet lunch.
