From 18:30-19:30, a seasonal fish starter is served. 

Examples include home-grown salmon with dressing, hot smoked salmon from our own smoker, salmon tartare, salmon mousse, white wine steamed fillet of saithe with green herb dressing, etc. 


Main course buffet style

There are always 2 kinds of meat on our Saturday buffet, one of which is beef. This is natural meat from Finland. 

The second meat dish is either pork or turkey or in season Rømø lamb 

Served with 2 kinds of potatoes and vegetables and various sauces. 

3 kinds of Salads

Of course, we also prepare vegetarian or vegan food on request. 


This varies according to the time of year. 

But often it's pie and homemade ice cream.
