Mulighed for Vadehavs/østerstur med guide. Vi går ca. 1 time før lavvande ved Havneby. I perioden september til maj plukker vi østers, rengøre, tilbereder og smager på enkelte inkl. 1 glas bobler. Uge 27 til 32 er der ikke Vadehavsturer.

After many years in large orchestras and setups, recording albums, bandleader for Johnny Logan for 20 years, backing well-known soloists such as Peter AG, Ivan Pedersen, Sanne Salomonsen, Burhan G, Birte Kjær, Peter Belli and many many more, tours at home and abroad, countless city parties, company parties, half parties, etc. as frontman in Montanaband and AllStars Deluxe, Pauli is now going solo with his one man band,

Pauli brings both keyboard and guitar, so his huge music repertoire built up over 35 years in the industry can be freely unfolded. With his superb singing voice and well-sounding musical equipment, he offers music from all decades. Are in a larger team of about 30 people we always have the opportunity to arrange live music for you.
However, we reserve the option to cancel when there are less than 30 people on weekend stays.
Weekends at the Kommandorgarden are quite special. The itinerary is jam packed with hygge (Danish cosy) with plenty of opportunity to get active during your weekend/holiday. We have an impressive fish buffet on Friday evenings offering an array of delicacies from the sea. On Saturdays we begin the day with a healthy and tasty breakfast and in the afternoon you're invited to try a traditional South Jutland coffee and cake selection offering over 20 different cakes. Saturday evening there is a 3 course menu and on selected dates we enjoy live music. Sunday brunch can be enjoyed until 11:00am after which we thank you for spending your weekend with us.
Weekend stays from Friday to Sunday include a wading sea/oyster tour on Saturdays.
The tour is a guided walk in the wading, where we tell about the Wadden Sea and we pick oysters in the cold months from September through May. Then we taste the total oysters and bowls together. Remember knee-length gummi boots, clothes and work gloves that can get dirty.

The South Jutland coffee table consists of soft, dry and hard cakes.
From about 1870 to 1920, the South Jutland coffee table was a hallmark of South Jutland.
The scots were not allowed to gather for alcohol because the Prussians believed it loosened the
danish tongue band. Therefore, the southerners gathered for coffee and cake, where the South Jutland wives began to compete to make the most powerful cakes.
